Maggie Kniffin, also known as Maggie the Bear, currently lives as an artist and silversmith in Vermont. After receiving a bachelor's degree in fine arts from the School of Visual Arts in New York City, Maggie hit the ground running with her goal of becoming a full time artist. Having grown up in the New England landscape, nature has always been the driving force behind her work. Maggie attended Penland School of Craft in the Fall of 2019 to learn metalsmithing. Ever since, Maggie the Bear has been selling her nature inspired jewelry and art to those with the wildest hearts.
